The Era of One-Person Companies Has Started

A one-person company is not a fantasy anymore. It is just a severe reduction in overhead combined with better tools.

A single builder can design, code, write, research, automate, distribute, and support a product if the scope is narrow enough and the systems are well chosen.

That does not mean the work is easy. It means the leverage is real. The old cost of coordination has dropped enough that solo building is practical in a way it rarely was before.

The most interesting part is what this changes about ambition. If one person can launch and maintain something meaningful, then the starting point for a product does not need to be a team.

That shifts the question from "How do I find cofounders?" to "What can I solve with the tools I already have?"

That is a much more interesting question to build from.
