For agencies and product teams · Fixed price · USD

AI features and faster sites for your product or your clients.

Start small with a 48-hour audit, then fix, add AI, and keep the site in shape. Agencies keep the client and set their own price; I build, test and hand over. I'm Daksh Bathla, an independent developer working in Next.js/React with AI.

Site speed + AI-search audit

$400

Written report within 48 hours of payment · paid upfront

  • Crawl of up to 100 public pages: status codes, redirects, canonicals, titles, robots.txt, sitemap, broken links
  • Lighthouse on 5 pages you choose, mobile and desktop, median of 3 runs
  • Structured data check, plus AI-search readiness: AI-crawler rules, llms.txt, and whether key facts are stated clearly enough to quote
  • A ranked fix list, each item with its page, why it matters and a rough effort estimate
  • One reply round for questions. Unbranded report available for agencies

Book the $1,200 fix sprint within 14 days and the $400 is credited in full. Full refund if the audit can't run or the report is late and you'd rather not wait; once delivered it's non-refundable. Public pages only: no logins needed.

The sprints

AI feature sprint

$2,500

10 working days · fixed scope

  • One AI feature in your client's existing site or app: an assistant that answers from their own content, AI drafting, or document Q&A
  • Guardrails agreed up front: what it must refuse or hand off
  • Built into the existing design, mobile and keyboard/screen-reader usable
  • Deployed on the client's own AI provider account, with a handover doc
  • 30 days of free fixes against the agreed checks

Not included: redesign, content writing, accounts/payments, AI usage fees.

Site speed + AI-search sprint

$1,200

5 working days · fixed scope

  • Crawl + Lighthouse baseline (mobile and desktop, median of 3 runs)
  • Speed fixes in code: image and font loading, unused JavaScript, caching
  • Titles, structured data, llms.txt and AI-crawler rules, so search engines and AI assistants read the site correctly
  • Before/after report in your branding
  • 30 days of free fixes

No ranking or AI-citation guarantees: nobody can honestly make those.

Something else in Next.js/React? Send it over and I'll quote a fixed price before any work starts.

After the sprint

Monthly site care

from $400 / month

Month to month · cancel with 30 days' notice

  • Monthly speed and AI-search re-check of your key pages, with a short report
  • Fixes for regressions in work I delivered, free; other issues the re-check finds come out of your monthly hours or are quoted first
  • Up to 4 hours of small changes a month (unused hours don't roll over)

Exact scope agreed in writing before the first month.

Rebuild in Next.js

from $3,000

Fixed quote after a scope call · booking from January 2027

  • For sites that are too old or slow to fix in a sprint
  • Fixed scope, fixed price, staged payments

How it works

  1. 15-minute call or email. You send the client's site and what they need.
  2. Written scope within 1 working day: deliverables, "done when" checks, timeline, fixed price.
  3. Payment to start: 100% for the audit and speed sprint, 50% for the AI sprint. Work begins when it clears. Progress notes every 2 working days.
  4. Staging demo, your sign-off, deploy. AI sprint balance at delivery. Code and IP transfer to you on final payment.

What I've built

This is a new service, so there are no client results to show yet. Here is my own work, which is the same kind of work.

Itiner, a live AI SaaS I built solo

itiner.in (opens in a new tab) · Next.js, Postgres, AI

  • Writes day-by-day travel itineraries from a short brief
  • The AI can only place activities, meals and hotels from a list of real places. A draft that doesn't check out is never saved
  • Flights and hotels imported from a booking or supplier quote are kept exactly as booked when the AI writes around them
  • Connects to ChatGPT and Claude through its own MCP server

The speed + AI-search audit, run on my own product

itiner.in, 8 October 2026 · single Lighthouse run, indicative

  • Base was strong: 99/99 URLs returning 200, valid structured data, Lighthouse SEO 100
  • Weak spot found: mobile LCP 4.3–6.6 s against Google's 2.5 s line, about 80 KiB of unused JavaScript per page
  • A few claims in the files AI assistants read were stronger than the evidence; I rewrote or removed them
  • Also fixed and shipped: a broken favicon, an open social-image endpoint, over-long titles
