The Browser Is the New Operating System

The browser is where most real work happens now.

It holds the apps, the docs, the dashboards, the tools, and increasingly the products themselves.

That makes it feel less like a window to software and more like the software environment itself.

If that is true, then designing for the browser is designing for the center of modern work.
