Software is getting cheaper to create, which means the code itself is not the scarce thing it used to be.

What remains scarce is the path to the user. Attention, trust, and repeat visibility are much harder to manufacture.

That is why distribution becomes the durable advantage.

The product can be copied. The relationship with the audience is harder to clone.
